Loch Rannoch Highland Lodges Apartment 13

Bel endroit mais établissement laisse à désirer Positive: La proximité du lac et le calme font de cet emplacement un endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter de marches dans le région. Jolie vue depuis la véranda. La cuisine est bien équipée en matériel par contre il faut absolument TOUT amener pour cuisiner (sel, sucre,café,thé…). Negative: Nous avons logé un des appartements de l’appart hôtel. Les meubles étaient vétustes, vieillots, les accoudoirs des fauteuils déchirés et un lit atrocement inconfortable avec un matelas taché et beaucoup trop petit. La cuisine est bien équipée en matériel par contre il faut absolument TOUT amener pour cuisiner (sel, sucre,café,thé…). Le personnel de l’hôtel qui est juste à côté nous a bien fait comprendre qu’on était des hôtes de dernière catégorie…

Grim for so many reasons. Do not waste your money. Positive: The view over the loch was stunning but you could sleep in your car with that view for free and be 100% more comfortable. Negative: I have delayed providing a review as we were so disappointed we couldn't bear to put it in writing but other people need to know. Don't be fooled by the star ratings or the photos on Booking.com. Seriously misrepresented. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews because that's exactly our experience. Apartment 13 was a horrible, rundown, dated, uncomfortable, overpriced, smelly place to stay.

Positive: Great location and price. The property had everything you would need which was so handy for cooking ect. Negative: The hall carpet, the cushions on the couch, the throws on the beds, the coffee table in living room were all covered in dog hair. I left covered in dog hair to come home which I really didn’t like it really put me off going back. The property was so nice inside and had everything you could possibly want and need but it wasn’t clean. The bath and bath mat was dirty, the tv unit stand legs were thick with dirt at the bottom, I paid for a double room with double bed but was given a room with two single beds apart which meant we had to push them together.

Beautiful location, outdated property and unreasonable check out Positive: The location was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful Negative: Felt that Check out was unreasonable with no movement to check out a little later or the payment was £35 for 1 hour which I felt was steep especially considering you can’t check in until 5pm . Very outdated property and the main bed mattress in lodge 13 was old and broken (dipped in the middle) a shame because the location is so beautiful
