Positive: After a long journey, we arrived at this accommodation in Scotland. The natural scenery here has a unique character; while it isn't surrounded by mountains like the Highlands, the area offers plenty of spots for hiking, leisurely walks, and connecting with nature. The overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, making it easy to unwind. We also enjoyed strolling by the nearby lake and exploring the local area for good food and fun leisure activities. The interior is cozy and well-maintained—the bathroom, in particular, looks brand new. The kitchen, bathroom, and living areas were spotless, reflecting a real commitment to cleanliness and upkeep. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. A handy local guide was provided in the room, introducing us to distinctive farm shops, restaurants, and attractions—a great resource for first-time visitors. The entire check-in process was seamless. The place is popular with tourists and seems to have high occupancy; the on-site bar gets lively in the evenings, creating a genuine holiday vibe. Each unit comes with a dedicated parking space, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it is an excellent place to stop, relax, and explore the surrounding area during a trip through Scotland. Negative: 1. EV charging station unusable, forcing us to enquire nearby hotel if we could charge there. This is quite inconvenient for guests driving electric vehicles. 2. We also encountered issues with parking. A vehicle was parked improperly, taking up about 1.2 spaces; combined with a nearby narrow wall, this made it very difficult for our large 7 seat SUV to maneuver into our assigned spot. Hope parking management can be strengthened or clearer parking guidelines provided in the future.

Positive: Prachtig uitzicht, en heel ruim en net appartement. Goede bedden, en lekkere relax stoelen. Fijn om na een lange wandel dag tot rust te komen.

Absolutely amazing, we will be back! One of our best holidays!! Positive: Absolutely amazing views and very tranquil surroundings. We stayed in Red Deer 4 which is a beautiful unit, which appeared to have recently been decorated with lovely carpets, and it was incredibly clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Negative: The parking was challenging due to the fact that cars were much smaller when the resort was built. The Staff were incredibly helpful in finding work-arounds.
