Emplacement géogragique est manifique ! Positive: Emplacement géografique. Vu sur le lac du balcon La montagne Schiehallion à proximité (18min en voiture) et queens view. Très calme. La cuisine est impéccable! Negative: Les lits sont très inconfortables, en particulier le canapé lit, impossible pour 2 adultes de dormir dedans. La température de l'eau de douche est soit brûlante soit glacée, très difficile d'ajuster la température.

Positive: The location and the view was fabulous. Negative: The lack of dining options. It would be good to advise clients as to the dining options,and point out that the restaurant in the hotel must be booked.

Very average Positive: Location Negative: The pull down bed was far too small for two adults. We only booked for one night as a quick stop over on way up north - definitely couldn’t have stayed longer on that bed

Positive: The view was fantastic, peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately because we hadn’t booked the hotel for dinner next door, we ended up going to the village shop for food. Nice towels and bedding. Negative: The furniture is so dated, looked like an OAP home. dreadful pull down bed, which was very uncomfortable. I’d expect a proper bed for £140 per night! Really don’t think the advertised photos are true to what you get in the studio we had. No 5. Hotel staff next door very unfriendly. No hairdryer, bedside lamp. Noisy refrigerator all night.
