Stunning view over my favourite loch in Scotland Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Cold floor in the bathrooms but our stay was in December with the temperature outside being around 0 degrees

Positive: The area was beautiful and staff friendly Negative: The apartment was tired, doors sticking, chipped and damaged paint. Electric storage heaters that smelt of burnt dust. The immersion tank didn't have enough hot water for the whole family to wash one after the other in the morning. Bathrooms didn't have proper heating only blow heaters. Bare minimum kitchen utensils. Disappointing as it cost over £800 for two nights which is similar to deals in Aviemore MacDonald hotel with many more amenities. They also need to make an arrangement with the hotel to enable people to access their facilities without ridiculous cost. I was quoted £180 to take my children swimming as it was based on which apartment you were staying in and for how many days

Positive: relaxing break Negative: nothing

Location good, facilities tired and dated but clean. Positive: The location was beautiful, looking over the loch. Negative: Downstairs was so damp, my friend couldn’t sleep there as too damp smelling.
