very disappointing stay. Positive: views are nice Negative: the rooms are very out dated, my room stated a double bed and on the maps it says lodge, I got there and it was a twin room apartmen, they came up and pushed my two twin beds together saying that's how they do it, there was zero information to let people know that's what they class a double bed, staff aren't very helpful, asked a few times for directions and wasn't given them. check in is very late at 5pm which makes the check out seem very rude being 10am.

Great experience, will be returning. Positive: Rustic lodge, view and good enough amenities for such a remote location. Negative: Parking was on a very steep hill.

apart from the start the rest was good Positive: setting was lovely, rooms were very clean , and appliances in room were fab, rooms were very good Negative: had to move room tv did not work, as im disabled packing and unpacking and the stairs were a killer, then our second room the man had to come out and fix the heating took him about 15 minutes, after that everything was fine, but what i more mad about, was i never even got an apology, for the upheaval that we had
