Amazing view! Positive: The view was amazing. We loved the place we stayed in. It was clean, big enough for 4. Negative: Nothing, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Ok- very dated but upgrades on the way. More accuracy on listing is required. Comms on check in poor Positive: Good comms through app- thanks. Nice apartment, lovely view, great location. Good activities to add on at reasonable prices-archery, rock wall etc... Negative: Welcome letter says dogs are free (we paid £20x2 dogs and free pool use) but apparently this is for members only- perhaps rewording or separate letter needed for non members guests as this is misleading. The biggest annoyance- I booked this stay by ticking the "pool" criteria as a key feature on booking.com but the pool was quoted as £75 to use. Property shouldn't tag that on as a facility or amenity as it's a separate business and not included. This is false advertising. I would not have booked this if I'd been given accurate facilities info/search criteria as I wanted the kids to have access to a pool as part of the stay. Upon check In, no one told us sofa bed was hidden inside a wall/wardrobe. Might be useful info for guests staying for first time. Gave review to management a month ago and they didn't respond hence posting my review here.
