Positive: The area was beautiful and staff friendly Negative: The apartment was tired, doors sticking, chipped and damaged paint. Electric storage heaters that smelt of burnt dust. The immersion tank didn't have enough hot water for the whole family to wash one after the other in the morning. Bathrooms didn't have proper heating only blow heaters. Bare minimum kitchen utensils. Disappointing as it cost over £800 for two nights which is similar to deals in Aviemore MacDonald hotel with many more amenities. They also need to make an arrangement with the hotel to enable people to access their facilities without ridiculous cost. I was quoted £180 to take my children swimming as it was based on which apartment you were staying in and for how many days

capturing the beauty of the area Positive: fab location and accommodation with spectacular views. luxurious but homely. helpful staff Negative: Issues with parking ... my vehicle too big so had to park a significant distance ( 15 min walk) from accommodation... no.indication of this on info. late check in surprised me ... 5pm !!

Beautiful view, refreshing memories, healing Positive: The view , family time together Negative: We weren’t offered transport from reception to lodge when it was heavily raining and we were without our car, which was later made up with transport on check out

Great family park in highlands Positive: Excellent locations for a family holiday. Was provided for more than enough stuff for family park. Much better than normal family park properties I have been too. Also covered balconies with great views of highland and lake Negative: None

Perfect for a break and battery re-charge. Scenery stunning and walking plentiful. Positive: Well equipped accommodation and very clean. Views outstanding and perfect for dogs. Negative: My mother found the steps hard work.
