It needs a lot of love and care Positive: The staff were nice enough and the location was lovely Negative: The decor is soooo dated. There was an annoying beeping sound all night. The pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The indoor and outdoor need a paint. The close and stairwell look very grubby. It was definitely not worth £198 that I paid.

Awful example of Scottish hospitality Positive: Location in Scotland Negative: Overpriced, unfriendly staff, accommodations were very poor standard , maybe one of the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on with iron springs protruding through and a very noisy water heater blasting all night.. very very disappointed- will not return or recommend

Gorgeous location for a short break Positive: Beautiful location. Good sized apartment with lovely dining area which doubles as a conservatory. Negative: Parking is very tight. Steps onto the top floor are steep and not for the faint of heart. No tea, sugar, salt, pepper, almost anything (apart from a couple of coffee pods) supplied.

Nice people, great views. Positive: Dated but excellent views. Sofa bed really uncomfortable and noises from Kitchen through the night! Negative: Late check in and early check out.

Positive: Marvellous views, clean and ample parking space Negative: Reception was too far and had to provide my credit card for validation purpose.
