An unbelievably beautiful vista could not save this. Whoever owns this should be ashamed. Why on earth wouldn’t you inve Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: This apartment would have been laughable if it wasnt so depressing. It hasn’t been touched since the 80s. From the outside it looks like a council estate high rise. You just hoped inside was better. It wasn’t. The kitchen, furniture, carpets, heating hasn’t been upgraded since the day it was installed. There wasn’t even one proper bed out of the two, just two pull out paper thin ancient uncomfortable beds. That plus the god awful tacked on upvc conservatory letting in all the cold made for a very unpleasant night. We left promptly the next morning having wasted almost £400 for 3 nights.

Positive: The apartment was very well provided with all the equipment. Lovely and clean. Really great for our dogs. Negative: The outside stairs were tricky for the more elderly members of our group. Another time I would request an apartment downstairs.

We had a lovely time. Positive: Receptionist very helpful. She helped me stay on the same studio despite separate booking. Negative: The carpet smells old. We sprayed air freshener.

I’m sad and very disappointed Negative: I had really high expectations for this place. I even showed all my friends the photos and talked about how excited I was to visit. Unfortunately, the experience couldn’t have been further from what I imagined. After a long trip, we arrived around 9 p.m. and went to reception to ask if there was any food available. Instead of offering help or understanding, the staff almost mocked us, saying the kitchen had closed 30 minutes earlier. The location is completely isolated with no delivery services, no supermarkets, nothing nearby, so we had to go to bed hungry. The accommodation itself felt cheap, poorly maintained, and focused more on profit than on guest comfort. The mirror-sliding door on the cupboard kept rattling whenever we walked on the living room (the only room available to us), and the only sleeping options were a wall bed and a worn-out couch. To make things worse, after leaving I received a private message from a random number saying it was from that place and asking for links and credit card details, which makes me suspect that my personal information was leaked. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay.
