Positive: The location Negative: Very outdated and not true to photos… not to be confused with the hotel

Positive: The view of the loch. Having hotel next door with restaurant and bar in walking distance. Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and parking space very tight. The reception to check in should be where accommodation is.

Buena ubicación. Decepcionante experiencia Positive: La ubicación. Las vistas desde el departamento. Un par de pluses: para llegar hay que pasar por granjas de cría de ciervos. Además, para los fanáticos de Outlander es que para llegar hay que pasar por Craig Nah Dun. Negative: La habitación estaba sucia y era más pequeña de lo que se mostraba. Los muebles eran viejos y el estado general de conservación del edificio no es bueno. Necesita una modernización. El colchón del sofá cama era muy incómodo. Mal equipada: apenas un jabón pequeño para tres personas y sin otros elementos de higiene. No había sal, ni azucar, ni café. Ni hay lugares cerca para comprarlos (tema que no se informa). Además, al devolver las llaves, la persona de recepción no nos informó que el camino estaba cortado y no nos dio alternativas, lo que nos obligó a un desvío de más de media hora. No está al nivel del estándar que hemos visto en el resto de Escocia y nos pareció caro para lo que finalmente ofrecieron.

Positive: Location was perfect, Highland lodges are perfect staycation with all the facilities. Pots, utensils, slow cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, serving dishes. Pool and spa and water activities at walking distance. Negative: Check out is 10am, there are no basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil etc need to bring your own if aim to cook anything. There is no halal options nearby hemce we had to cook ourselves. No room service so we had to empty all the bins and strip all the linens and leave everything outside. Studio apartments beds are not comfortable but else everything is good.
