Positive: Localización y vistas al lago Negative: La cama principal no era una cama propiamente, era de las que se doblan y esconden como en un armario. Colchón fino y ya con unos años pues no era liso. Crujía la cama, vaya mal.

It was a bad experience for me Positive: The location was stunning sadly that’s all Negative: Disappointed with our stay. Check-in was late and check-out was early — usually, it’s one or the other. No parking spaces were available, and I was called about my car despite another vehicle blocking me in. Spa and dinner bookings weren’t clearly explained, and we were charged £75 for just an hour in the spa. The bath had a black ring and filler, and only one tea bag was provided. I called in the morning for more tea, sugar, and milk, but reception was already closed. Staff communication was poor throughout. I regularly stay at and review similar places across Scotland, and sadly, this was the worst value for money so far.

Mooie locatie, bed van de gehuurde studio was onmogelijk om een goede nachtrust in te hebben. Positive: We hadden een probleem met de bedden en het personeel was ontzettend meedenkend en ondersteunend. Ligging is magnifiek! Negative: Het bed van de studio die we eerst hadden, was oud en versleten en piepte en kraakte ontzettend. Vernieuwing van dit stuk meubilair is absoluut aan de orde.
